I have done this survey for a couple of years now. Normally I quite dislike these question and answer thingies, but I figure once a year is just the right amount.

1. What did you do in 2009 that you had never done before?
getting more physicly fitt!!!

2. Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions and do you intend to make any for 2010?
yes we bought a house and that was one of our goals

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Bmy sister and sister n law

4. Did anyone close to you die?
no but I almost lost my Dad

5. What countries did you visit?
none but I want to some day

6. What would you like to have in 2010 that you didn't have in 2009?
a a laptop computer!!!

7. What dates will be etched into your memory from 2009 and why?
the day I found out my Dad almost died.

8. What is your biggest achievement of the year?
can now walk 4 miles without falling over

9. What is your biggest failure?
lack of patience

10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
yes and I dont want to talk about it!!!

11. What is the best thing you bought?
the wii fit plus ok that was early this year but close enough

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
my sister and my sister-n-law having a baby and my dad recovering

13. Whose behavior made you appalled or depressed?
mmy sons tempor tantrums at age 7

14. Where did most of your money go?
house
15. What did you get really excited about?
the fact that we are finally starting the process to adopting a child

16. What songs will remind you of 2009 and why?
always and listening to my friend Ryan sing it in memory of his parents

17. Compared to last year...
a. happier or sadder? happier
b. thinner or fatter? fatter thanks to the new medicane I am taking
c. richer or poorer? about the same

18. What do you wish you had done more of?
more spiritually feed

losing my patience to my son

yes with my husband and the wii fit

house hunters

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate at this time last year?
I think hate is a strong word

Barrington series

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
that I can teach my son how to play the piano for free and he likes it

a wii fit

a another child ;(

Disneys Up

29. What did you do on your birthday and how old were you?
I went out to eat and got spoiled rotten

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
a getting a tamale pan so I can make tamales again

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept of 2009?
hmm I like the clothes on PetVille can I have some of those lol j/k

32. What kept you sane?
who said I was sane?

33. What celebrity did you fancy the most?
nobody unfortunatly.....kids need a good role model and are there any???

34. What political issue stirred you the most?
war only because it affects our household

35. Who do you miss?
my grandparents. Sharwan and all my other friends who have gone

36. Who was the best person you met?
I agree with my husband our mortgage broker and Jim Cantos our relator.

37. Valuable life lesson learned in 2009?
Ssometimes you get what you want, like our house

38. What is the one thing you said this year that you never thought you'd say?
Where adopting!!!!

39. What was the one thing you heard that you never thought you would hear?That my Dad might not make it

40. What do you anticipate will be the biggest change in your life in 2010?Finishing the adopting process!!! ;)
