SALADITOS : Salted Plums. Salty sweet Mexican plums. Also called "chamois" and "saladitos" in Mexico.
The other day Alec brought over these weird looking things called "Saladitos". He wanted us to try them and the idea was to eat them and keep as much of a straight face as possible. Here are the results.
Tennille could not stand it from the start, she went to go get water right away. She can't stand prunes anyway. I just laid there cool, calm and collective. I actually thought it was going to be spicy and it was just salty. Alec our neighbor loves them and eats them as if they were candy.
And so was the experience of Saladitos, I encourage all to try it at least once, you will probably never try another one.

ewww sounds nasty to me.... i asked jesus what he thought if them and he actually likes them too... doesn't sound like a candy like treat to me, but neither does candy with chile on it... ;)
