Christmas Gingerbread Houses, or attempts to be!

For family nite, we went to Quientien and Cathalyn's house to attempt to make ginger-bread houses out of graham crackers. We were going to do it the modern way (with a kit), but this was so much more fun. This is pretty much how it went: first you build it, than it falls, you build it again, and it falls yet again, you try one more time to build it, and it falls yet again; you than give up and just eat it.

This is Victoria on her 2nd attempt on the house, I did not get a chance to take a photo of the final look, but it was pretty cool.

This is JaCoby doing his, oh wait a minute, I think mom is having more fun at it than he is!

Tennille doesn't like her hair in the previous photo, because it got wet from the rain.

Mom showing off her masterpiece after the 3rd try. Oh by the way right after the photo was taken, it fell.

This is Cathalyn's house and it wasn't even finished. WOW not bad for a first timer! This one never fell.

We thought this was one of the best houses ever, it was done by one of our friends. Look at the detail: windows open, 4 tiny windows, and even shingles on the roof! Oh by the way this one never fell either.
